Magnesium Oil: Magnesium Chloride sourced from The Dead Sea & Purified Aqua
Magnesium Oil Alone - From 6 months of age: If your child has never used Magnesium Oil before we recommend spraying 1-2 sprays onto your hands and massaging it into their feet. Before bed is the ideal way to help them relax ready for a good nights sleep. If they do not like the tingle associated with the Magnesium Oil we recommend switching to the Kids Magnesium Balm to start with and using this alone as a beautiful massage balm on their feet, legs and torso before bed.
Kids Magnesium Balm Alone: This gentle pH balanced balm can be used any time of the day, but most parents find it helpful as part of their bedtime routine. Massage their feet, legs and torso following a warm bath to help them relax and unwind ready for a good nights sleep.
Magnesium Oil + Kids Baby Balm: If your child has dry or sensitive skin but you would like to use the stronger Magnesium Oil on them, you can apply the Kids Balm first, followed by 1-2 sprays of the Magnesium Oil. The Balm will help to eliminate the tingles but allow them to have all the benefits of the Magnesium Oil.
Do not use on broken skin or near eyes.
COMMON QUESTIONS:
Why does the Magnesium Oil tingle? All Magnesium Oils have a high pH, and this (especially in children who have skin that is up to 30% thinner and therefore more sensitive than adults) will cause the skin to tingle. If you have dry or sensitive skin this can be amplified.
What age can I use this Oil from: The Kids Magnesium Balm is gentle and can be used from birth and beyond and the Magnesium Oil is suitable from 6 months of age.

How to use:
Begin the routine with Little by TBC Magnesium & Lavender Body Wash It can be used in either the bath or shower and apply directly to skin or hair to wash off the day.
Finish off the bedtime routine with a spritz of Little by TBC Children’s Sleep Pillow Spray. Apply to pillow before putting bub to bed for a restful and restorative slumber (for both parent and bub!)

I have a thyroid condition that gives me very achy legs in bed at night and these products have really helped.No night leg pain at all.I did feel like I was using too much product though in spraying the oil on my entire legs but then read to spay a few pumps into my hand first then rub onto my legs.Great solution but I do find there is a bit of cast-off spray when i spray onto my hands.These products are really helping
