Body: In the shower or bath, gently pump into your hands and lather. Massage over decolletage and body, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Magnesium & White Tea Body Balm (250g):
Face: Apply roughly half a teaspoon and gently rub into face and décolletage at night for a decadent overnight mask.
Body: Apply a generous amount to your skin as needed. Rub in until absorbed.
Magnesium Oil Spray (125g):
Apply two to three sprays to the affected area (anywhere that feels sore and tight) and gently rub in. It may be left on the skin for maximum absorption or washed off after 20 minutes.
It’s also a popular choice used by many for massages due to Magnesium’s natural properties.
You may feel a slight tingle when applying this product. The sensation will ease but can also be alleviated by applying a moisturizer between the spray and your skin.
Magnesium Bath Salts (200g):
Full body bath: Dissolve up to one full sachet into warm water. Soak for at least 20 minutes.
Foot bath: Dissolve two tablespoons into warm water. Soak for at least 20 minutes.
Magnesium + Vitamin E Cream (100ml):
Face: Apply roughly half a teaspoon after daily skincare routine both morning and night.
Body: Apply a small amount to wherever needs some hydration and TLC.
Magnesium + White Tea pH Balanced Wash (350ml):
Face: Use morning and night to begin your daily skincare routine. Gently pump into hands then lather and gently massage into damp face and neck. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Hands: When needed, gently pump into hands and lather. Massage into hands for at least 20 seconds, then rinse thoroughly.
Body: In the shower or bath, gently pump into hands and lather. Massage over decolletage and body, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Beauty Sleep Wash (250ml):
Body: In the shower or bath, gently pump into your hands and lather. Massage over decolletage and body and rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Beauty Sleep Balm (75ml):
Body: Apply half a teaspoon amount to your hands, then massage into your shoulders, neck or soles of your feet (pop on your bed socks, we promise not to tell!) for a deeply restful sleep.
Face: Apply half a teaspoon amount and apply to the face after your daily skincare routine for an indulgent overnight face mask.
Beauty Sleep Spray (100ml):
Body: Apply two to three sprays to the stomach or feet 20 minutes before bedtime for a night of deeply restorative sleep.
Glow Restore Triple Serum (30ml):
Apply a small amount to freshly cleansed skin at night time followed by your favourite moisturizer. Tingles are normal whilst the Magnesium soaks into the epidermis and remineralises the skin. With continued use the and as your Magnesium levels increase the tingles will subside.
We recommend following this serum with our Magnesium & Vitamin E Cream for your best skin yet!
SPF50 Hydrating Facial Mineral Sunscreen (110ml):
Apply to the skin in generous amounts over all exposed areas 20 minutes before sun exposure. Don't forget your ears!
Reapply every two hours or more frequently after swimming, excessive perspiration or toweling.
Caution: Avoid contact with eyes.
Little Magnesium & Lavender Hair & Body Wash (250ml):
Hair, body, face: Pump into hands and lather. Gently massage into your child’s hair, face and body then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Little Lavender & Chamomile Sleepy Spray (125ml):
For best results, use nightly on your little one's bedding after a warm bath with the Little by TBC Hair and Body Wash, and application of the Little by TBC Baby Balm.
Little Magnesium & Lavender Body Balm (100g):

I have a thyroid condition that gives me very achy legs in bed at night and these products have really helped.No night leg pain at all.I did feel like I was using too much product though in spraying the oil on my entire legs but then read to spay a few pumps into my hand first then rub onto my legs.Great solution but I do find there is a bit of cast-off spray when i spray onto my hands.These products are really helping
